v A deposit of 20% of the total booking cost is required
at the time of booking. The balance is payable no less than 4 weeks prior
to arrival. We accept cheques, debit and credit cards (please note that a
3% charge is levied for all credit card payments). We are unfortunately
unable to accept Amex or Diners Club cards.
v Arrivals on Sundays, Bank Holidays or after 5pm Monday
to Friday will be incur an additional charge of £10. An
extra charge of
£10 will be levied if sofa beds, guest beds or futons are required.
v A refundable bond is payable on selected properties –
