Inyork, is a long established holiday property company trading for over 20 years.  We specialise in providing a booking service for good quality self catering accommodation in central York.

You can be sure your property is in safe and experienced hands, providing a useful additional income with minimum inconvenience to yourself.

Our service includes:

  • co-ordinating membership of Visit Britain and Enjoy England assessment scheme

  • organising a responsible housekeeper

  • advising on maintenance and repairs which may arise

  • actively marketing your property via all types of media e.g. internet, newspapers etc

  • co-ordinating all bookings from the initial enquiry stage, through to the let.

  • carrying out regular inspections of your property

  • keeping up to date records of all receipts and expenditure providing regular financial statements

Why pay an agency when I could manage the property myself?

  • inyork clients benefit from free inclusion on our website which is accessed by potential guests from all over the world

  • inyork is a member of Visit York which ensures your property is promoted through their website and in their literature.

  • we advertise through many other tourism and holiday websites local, national and international.

  • all advertising costs are covered within the commission we charge

  • cleaning, laundry and supplies are arranged as economically as possible whilst maintaining the highest standards

  • a meet and greet service can be arranged, where required, by the housekeeper

  • any incidental repairs and maintenance can be attended to by our own tried and trusted tradesmen at preferential rates thus keeping expense to a minimum

  • our parent company, Letters Property Management, a residential letting agency, can arrange six month lets if required

  • we operate from a city centre office with a prominent window display at street level

How much does it cost?

Our commission is charged as a percentage of any bookings we make on your behalf + VAT and where required housekeeping and a meet and greet service
